Price quotations are valid at the time they are submitted and may become invalid if the quoted merchandise is no longer available at time of order.
Price quotations are made based on product availability.

All merchandise is subject to prior sale.
- Prices are subject to change if quoted merchandise has been sold.
Carton quantities are subject to change.

Will Call orders will be paid for by Credit Card at time order is placed unless Net 30 terms are previously established.
Will Call orders will be held for 7 days after which time order will be cancelled or shipped to the customer.

Net 30 terms available upon approval.
- Net 30 accounts will be reviewed after one year of inactivity
Company checks are accepted from established accounts.
We accept: Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express® and Discover® on new and existing balances.
We do not keep cash on the premises and cannot process cash payments.

Accounts with a balance over 45 days will placed on credit hold
Accounts with a balance over 60 days will be subject to collection action and revocation of Net 30 terms

All parts must be in original packaging.
Discrepancies
- Mudge Fasteners must be notified within 5 business days after receipt of product
- Defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise returned promptly to Mudge Fasteners will be replaced or the purchase price refunded.
RMA
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued by Mudge Fasteners prior to return.
  - RMA is valid for 10 days
  - Customer is responsible for the cost or delivery of the return freight except in cases of error on the part of Mudge Fasteners.
Returns for Credit
- Merchandise must be in as-received condition and in original packaging
- Returns may be subject to a restock fee starting at 15%
NCNR
- Special order, non-standard, modified or Made-To-Order items are Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable.
Warranty
- Mudge Fasteners makes no warranty of fitness for merchantability or any particular purpose. We are not responsible for consequential or any other damages.
